Please inform your technician of any medical concerns or allergies prior to your service.

💅 Refunds & Service Adjustments

• We do not offer refunds for services already performed.
• If you are unsatisfied, please speak with a team member before leaving the salon.
• We are happy to make small service adjustments (such as shaping, polish touch-ups, or minor repairs) within 3 days of your visit.
• Breakage of the nail after service is not covered under our warranty. Any fixes due to nail breakage, wear, or outside factors will be charged as a new service.
• If your requested fix involves changing to a different polish color, it will be considered a color change service and charged accordingly.

🎁 Gift Cards


 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Gift cards are redeemable for up to 1 year from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and must be verifiable through our current system.
Gift cards issued under previous ownership, previous management, older gift card systems, or cards that cannot be validated through our current processing system may not be redeemable.
TJ Nails reserves the right to decline expired, unverifiable, altered, or inactive gift cards.

To maintain a positive and respectful environment, any disrespectful or disruptive behavior toward staff or clients will result in refusal of service.

👜 Personal Belongings

TJ Nails is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep your belongings secure.

👶 Children

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
We kindly ask that you ensure they remain safe and respectful in the salon space.

🐾 Pet Policy

For the health, safety, and comfort of all guests and staff, animals and pets are not allowed inside TJ Nails.

📸 Photography & Filming

Out of respect for our clients and staff, no photos or videos are permitted without prior consent.

📱Phone & Noise Policy

Please be respectful of the guests around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Cell phones should be kept on silent or vibrate mode, and phone conversations should be brief and kept at a moderate volume.
