Group Reservation/ Party Policy

To ensure the best experience for all guests and allow our team to properly prepare for larger appointments, the following policy applies to parties of 6 or more guests.

Party Service Fee

A 15% Group Service Fee will automatically be added to all parties of 6 or more.
This fee helps cover:
• Additional staffing coordination
• Reserved seating accommodations
• Extended preparation & setup time
• Beverage/snack hosting
• Simultaneous service scheduling

Deposit Requirement

• A non-refundable deposit may be required for large group reservations.
• Deposit amount will be applied toward the final balance.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or major changes to your party size.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit forfeiture.

Arrival Time

• We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time to help us stay on schedule for all appointments.
• Late arrivals may affect the ability to seat the entire party together.

Outside Food & Decorations

• Outside desserts, drinks, and light decorations are welcome with prior approval.
• Please notify us ahead of time for special accommodations.
